1. How long are shipping times?

Because we at SmartThermals work with people all around the world, it takes 1-7 days for the order to be processed and shipping times can take up to two weeks. When your item gets shipped, you will receive and email with a tracking number that allows you to track your order.

2. What is your return policy

Instead of doing an actual return, we will issue a refund. To do so, make sure you contact us at smartthermals@gmail.com. In this email, take a picture of the product and explain the problem in your email. Once the email is received, a refund will be issued. NOTE: Refunds will only be accepted with in 30 days of receiving the item. After 30 days, the item will no longer be eligible for a refund. 

3. Can I cancel my order?

Cancellations are possible if you don't receive the order withing the 2-6 week period. If you still receive the order after cancelling it, we encourage you to donate it, sell it, or most importantly enjoy it.

4. What happens if I receive the wrong item?

In the case that you receive the wrong item--wrong color, wrong size, or defective, or not what you wanted-- simply notify us and we will issue a refund. You will not be asked to ship the product back to us

5. Do you offer exchanges?

We don't offer exchanges, but if for some reason you didn't get what you wanted, notify us and we'll send you a new one.
